Couple questions. Am I going to be fine for cooling with the fans for the gpu and cpu and the 3 case fans?

and I have had it suggested that I go for a HD 6950 instead, should I, from a purely performance standpoint?
If I did go for the HD 6950 which of these should I get:

Sapphire - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102945
HIS IceQ X - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161372

Appreciate any advice or suggestions!

I think you shoul stick with the 6970 , however I do think that even though the power supply is ok I would bump it up to a 750w. You can always have too much but it sucks when you don't have enough and with any future upgtades if you already had the power supply then an upgrade would be less expensive. That is if your budget allows.
