Corsair TX850 (Problem??)

Hello all

I recently bought the Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850w PSU from Newegg. Now everything seems to be working fine, but there is a very high-pitched "squeal" sound that is coming from it when I give it power. Even when i turn my system off, there is the same sound, but a little quieter.

Is this normal? Could it just be that it is more powerful than my old Antec 650w (which didn't do this).
