Looking for new psu

i had a abit ip35pro off limits motherboard running a intel e5300 2.6ghz processor. with 4gb of ocz ram and 3 sata hdd's 1 ide hdd and 2 dvd burners one ide and one sata and a ati hd2600 pci-e video card and i had a rocketfish 700watt psu. i also have one cold cathrode and 2 case fans both 80mm but one with leds. well its just died and killed my motherbard so i bought a msi p45 platinum to replace it and im now looking for a new psu for under 100 bucks and i was looking at these two or can some one recommend something better

thanks for your reply that seems to be a great psu. but is 620watts gonna be enough power for everything im running? and if so would that be just about maxed out.

Your system would have no problem running on a 380 watt power supply
