I am Building a new Pc for gaming and multimedia.......i've already decided on a few components bt usure about the motherboard.....i am open to suggestions !!

core i5 2500k
cooler master GX550 PSU
gskill ripjaws 2X4GB
XFX HD 6850 1GB DDR5 ZNBC

motherboard ~ nt decided

-----preffer a p67 based board that supports OC,CF support not needed,SATA3,USB3.0
my budget for the motherboard is $125
