Hello everyone!

With all the sweet pc games (RAGE, BF3, etc.) coming out soon, I decided its time for some upgrades on my PC so I can play them :) .
I haven't played any pc games in a while, lets say the last games I enjoyed on the PC were Half Life2 and Counter strike source. Yup It's been a while :(  / darn crappy Xbox/. I build a system a few years ago, not having pc gaming in mind.

here are my system's specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 750 w/stock cooler
Mainboard: Gigabyte P55M-UD2
RAM: 4 gigs of OCZ Gold DDR3 1600 (2x2gig)
Graphics: HIS Radeon HD4670 512MB
HDD : 1x 500Gig WD Black Edition
Power Supply: BFG 550Watt

no overclocking, all stock/auto Bios settings. I really don't want to upgrade the CPU/MOBO.

So here are my questions, would a graphics card upgrade be enough? Which graphics card under 200 bucks to get?
Should I overclock cpu/memory a tad bit?

For under 200 bucks: It's definitely between GTX 560 and 6870

Your CPU should be able to handle them fine at most of the games at stock

6870:

I'd get the 6870 for the price for performance but if you don't care much about the price then the 560ti is a better choice.
