How to install ATI 4870 X2 power connectors

Hello,

I have the ATI 4870 X2 card, but I am not able to get it to run on my computer (8gig ram, i7, 700 watt power supply). I ready something about needed to connect power connectors, this isn't something I am aware of how to do. I know to plug into PCI-E slot, but what else?

Every 4870 x2 I've seen has a 6-pin and 8-pin connector both of which need to be connected to the power supply. Most modern 700W power supplies will have at least one of each type of connector.

What is the make and model of the power supply?
