What do you think of my build?

Hello all, this is my first build and I wanna know what yall think, please let me know if there are any compatibility issues etc.

Build as follows:

.GZ-X6B Gigabyte atx case. ( not that interested in aesthetics and ***, purely functionality)

.Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EARX, 1Tb/1000GB Hard Drive, Sata6G, with Intellipower (5400-7200rpm for Power-Saving), 64MB Cache.

.Asus P8P67-M LGA 1155 Motherboard (Rev.3)

.Intel Sandy bridge lga1155 i5-2500K 3.3ghz box / 3.7GHz turbo boost Processor

.2x Transcend 4GB DDR3-1333 240-Pin JetRam High-Performance memory

.Corsair CX600 Power Supply

.Club 3D Radeon HD 6790 1024MB 256-bit GDDR5 Memory Graphics Card (I am probably skimping a little here but will this card suffice for a year or so of gaming, not looking to play everything on max settings)

.Dell ST2420L 24in, Widescreen Full HD, WLED Monitor.

.Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Im just looking to build this for general usage, gaming and stuff< let me know > but i actually want it to kick the *** out of crysis 2

Don't use a green drive as your primary storage. You'll be disappointed in it's performance as it will constantly be spinning up from sleep mode. Go for a black drive instead.

Want to know if a down grade of the corsair cx600 to cx500 would be efficient and if there are any known compatibility issues between gpu and mobo

Downgrading to a 500W PSU is fine, so long as you don't plan on running two graphics cards. No issues between gpu and mb.

CX500 is fine for upto a single GTX 560 Ti / HD 6950.
