Lga 1155 ASRock extreme 3 vs ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard?

i was just wondering which one is better, just for one thing do not compare the price of the two and any promotions that are going on at the moment as i probably am not going to buy until a few weeks. i will be pairing with an intel i5-3570k. i was just wondering which one is a better all around board and which one would be a better overclocker?

I could be wrong, but it seems like the Asus board has some naked mosfets. No so nice for overclocking.
And the ASRock board has 4 SATA3 ports while the Asus has only 2. Out of these two I would choose the ASRock board.

They both have 4 SATA 3 ports.

It's really a toss up.

By SATA3 I meant SATA 6Gb/s. The Asus board has 2 of those:

Other than those 2 points the boards seem quite similar.
