What should i upgrade?

Hi i was wondering if i should upgrade my case or my 450watt power supply ?

my current specs are
Motherboard:Gigabyte M68MT-S2
CPU: Amd Phenom ii X2 550 3.1ghz BE
RAM:4gb Patriot DDR3 G2
Case and Power supply are Thermaltake
and a
Geforce GTX 430 which im planning on upgrading+

i am more than happy to help somebody, but he gave no indication of what he wanted help with, how do you know a mouse pad would not be a significant upgrade

A mouse pad would sure as hell be a nice upgrade but right now im looking at what power supply to get
