What's the problem?

I don't know why my pc won't start after 2 weeks leaving it in the lab. I opened the case and I can see the processor fan start to spin but not as strong as before. Looks like it does not have enough power, so do the GPU fan. I have tried many way to fix this (remove the ram/GPU, re-inplug all cables, un-attached all cables, etc), non of them fix this problem. The processor/GPU fan just spinning (spin and stop and spin again and stop bla bla bla.......but not as quick as it supposed to be). Hope you can understand what I'm saying.

So, I think its the power supply problem. I can see the LAN's light blinking.

if you have an extra psu you can test it, it sounds like a psu problem

It maybe psu problem, have you tried take bios battery and wait 1min and plug again
