NZXT Phantom Air Flow

I'm getting the NZXT Phantom very soon and I need some input on how to set up the fans. I'm buying the Corsair H100 Liquid Cooler as either an exhaust, intake, or push/pull. I most likely will buy a 140MM intake fan for the front of the case. So my main question is do I set up the H100 as exhaust, intake, push/pull and if I do set it up as intake or exhaust where should I put the leftover 200MM fan? Maybe I put the 200MM fan beside the corsair H100 and buy a seperate 200MM fan for the side of the case as another intake?
