Backplate USB3 20-1 PIN connector to board

Guys, Where do I buy this rudimentary backplate that has 1 end 20-1 PIN to USB3 connector on my Z77 V LK, and the other end splits into 2 USB 3.0 female ports? Is this something new? Asus doesn't include the cable with my board.

I think this is what your talking about, the previous cable I had seen was pretty short, you basically had to keep it in your case, this one seems much more usefull.
