Biostar motherboards aren't the best out there, as you can see from the feedback...You can choose one from Gigabyte,Asus,Asrock or MSI. Secondly you don't want a green drive as your OS HDD because they are slower...Also get a 2x4GB kit instead of 4x2GB at 1.5v as Intel suggests... No reason for i3 2105...the normal 2100 is just fine...and you can also check AMD's Phenom ii X4 along with an appropriate motherboard

I edited my list according to your comments. Do you have any more suggestions?

I think the only difference between the i3 2100 and 2105 is better graphics built in to the processor .
Since you are using a graphics card anyway you are paying extra for nothing since the stronger graphics will never be used

The green hard drive will slow boot and loading times . It saves a watt or two of power , but its not enough to be worth slowing your computer for .
The samsung F3 1 terabyte is the fastest and best priced 1 terabyte drive

Better now...but here's how you can make it perfect ;)

Get this case instead which has USB III in front panel

LIAN LI Lancool PC-K57 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Along with this PSU, which is manufactured by Seasonic. It's 80+ Bronze with 550W and 44A from 12V Rail which means it can easily support even high end cards like Radeon HD 6970

XFX Core Edition PRO550W (P1-550S-XXB9) 550W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

You don't have to spend 10$ more for the 965..955 is the same CPU and thanks to Unlock Multiplier all you have to do is go to the bios and give a touch more...and BAM! Your 955 is now a 965 :D

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX

I would also prefer a SB950 AM3+ motherboard. This 970 model from Asrock offers 8x / 8x Crossfire or SLI, while all the other 970 motherboards are 16x / 4x...This results to better (way better) perfomance if you plan to SLI or Crossfire without spending a lot of $$

ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Everything else is fine!
