Will any part of my setup be bottlenecking my Sapphire Radeon HD6970 2GB GDDR5 X2 ????

Your processor will bottleneck you depending on what games you're running and at what settings you run them.

I have two HD6070s and a 1090 cpu and the system is not bottlenecked. In fact it runs very well. I use mine for a lot of gaming with some of the most demanding titles and I have no problem with it. I play at 1920x1080. Looking at your system, one thing I would do is push up your CPU speed to 3.6 - 3.8 GHZ for everyday use. There is a lot of misinformation out there and some for their own reasons who like to spread it. At 3.8GHZ the 1090 to one of the most capable CPUs one can buy. Your system will not be bottlenecked.

The key there is the 3.8 Ghz, at stock it can bottleneck like a fiend depending on the application.

Cuecuemore you have no idea what you are talking about. You have made two pronouncements that have no basis in fact and merit no argument or rebuttal. Op to answer your question directly, No there are no bottlenecks in your system. You could spend more $ and get a few more fps in some games.
