Need help choosing a GPU

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Playing Free Downloaded MMOs, will not be playing games like crysis etc.(PWI, Shaiya, S.U.N, Runes of Magic, A.V.A, Forsaken World . etc..)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Planning a build with a 650W or 750W PSU

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS:
CPU-Intel i5 2500k
RAM-8GB
Mobo-ASUS p8p67 PRO

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES:I always liked Geforce cards because i cant seem to see how ATI GPUs are better, It will be helpful if someone can give me PRO/CON list type stuff on both Manufacturers. Thanks!

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes / No /Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1600x1200, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, 1920x1200

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I just wanna know a good card that will run Free Downloaded MMOs at maxed settings smoothly.

Something like this GTX 460 should do well for your purposes;

It's a good deal with the rebate and has great cooling and overclocking potential.

Yes 460 or 560 is more as enough for not havy games and are not expensive + they are good cards, run cool and don't produce too much heat inside the case. They are OK even for heavier games on mid settings, lower resolution or no antialiasing.
600-650 W PSU is more as enough for you, actualy even a 500W should be enough.

By checking a Benchmark Chart, i noticed that the Radeon HD 6850 seems pretty good too. I dont know much about Radeon cards, it be nice if I can get a few opinions on the card.

EDIT: Found another Benchmark chat comparing the two cards:
Radeon 6850 vs Geforce 460
It seems that the two cards are pretty evenly matched though the 460 seems to be cooler than the 6850.

I use mostly nvidia cards, but as much as I know HD6850 is a good card.
GF460 is a really nice card, that I know for sure .

if not the 6870 i would have tried a better card like the gtx560Ti

but i'm sure you will max out most games with any of theese cards

edit: and i would have go for a better power supply: 750w
