Alright so I think my motherboard sata controller is faulty iv tried running 2 different HDD on it and also a DVD drive and none of that shows up in BIOS everything else seems fine GPU, CPU, RAM, FANS and lights everything else seems to work but computer cant boot because the sata controller seems to be faulty anyways my thought is either i buy a new motherboard or couldnt i use a SATA CONTROLLER CARD instead of the sata ports on the motherboard to run the HDD and DVD drive
Another question if i use a sata controller card will i get the same performance on video games such as Call of duty/battlefield 3 max settings as I would using the 3.0 sata port on the motherboard?
