Lenovo 40411GU won't power on

I have a seldon used used Lenovo 40411GU (H320) computer that won't power on when I push the power on button. What should I check? The power cord and connection is OK.

What happens when you push the power button?
Did you check the backside for a switch on the PSU being turned to Off?
