I have been running my system (i7 2600k) at 4.0ghz, 1.15V for the past month or so. I just tried clocking it to 4.2ghz at 1.18V but started getting low voltage warnings for my +5V and the system eventually shut down (but without a BSOD)
I've reverted the clock settings to 4.0ghz @1.15V but the voltage issues have not gone away. I'm assuming the system crash is due to the undervoltage, but I've no idea what's causing it.
Any advice on this matter?

1. Check voltages in bios, bad there, time to worry a bit.
2. Check voltages with a DMM, bad there, time for a new psu.
3. Don't have so many monitoring packages open at once, they are known to be innaccurate and sometimes ( IME ) don't play well with each other.
