Anyways, Graphics In Computers Are 2 Types, Integrated And Graphics Cards!
Integrated Graphics Comes With The Computer Itself And Is Sufficient To Watch Movies,Music,Web Browsing Etc.

Now Graphics Cards Are For Playing Games On Your PC. Like NFS Undercover,FIFA 11 Etc.
If You Want To Play Major Pc Game Titles, You Will Need To Buy A GPU(Graphics Processing Unit/Graphics Card)!
