Which motherboard?? Which chip had early problems?

Just got a extremely cheep deal on i7 2600k so bought 1 ![:)]( ":)")
I am an amd guy so dont know much about intels chipsets.
I am basically interested in this board: Asrock Z68 Pro3-m OR Asus P8Z77-V LX. Any one has experience with this board?
Can any one tell me which chip sets had problems (early problems /sata ports idk?) and does this one have it?
And if you are feeling more helping then please recommend me a motherboard for i7 2600k.
Motherboard should be mATX factor (will also consider atx). Should be able to overclock well (not extreme, around 4.5ghz is fine).(Dont care about sli/crossfire, not a gamer).
And it should be a budget board (around £90/$140).
Also if someone could clarify the differences between z67/z68/z77, it would be great

Z75 is basically the same thing, just not as good as the Z77 is with SLI/Quad SLI/Crossfire/CrossfireX
so please recommend me a motherboard which is within the budget stated above.
