I have the worst frames in 25 mans i can run even 80-100 fps in arenas but the second i jump in a raid finder or somthing it just drop down to 1-6 fps its impossible to play with. I know WOW is a very CPU based game, i used to run around 18 even with my crappy gtx 280 and probably even more with integrated but i guess somthings wrong with my CPU. If anyone has any ideas on how to find out what is wrong with my computer itd be much appreciated

Operating System
MS Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP1
CPU
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ 75 °C

^^^^ this is me in a 25 man raid temps and everything.

Also if it helps my computer was somtimes turning off randomly and the fans and everything would run but monitor keyboard and mouse would turn off. Maybe motherboard?

CPU is overheating, and is having a trouble. You need to check if CPU fan is working, and if it's dusty, get rid of the dust.

Also, CPU is too poor for the graphics card, it's being bottlenecked badly.

So what should i upgrade to bring it back up to my graphics? A new processor motherboard or what?

new CPU, motherboard and RAM minimum
You may need a new case and power supply depending on what you already have for that

i have 550w power supply and just ordered 4g of ram for my system i might want to upgrade to windows 64bit for the xtra ram. Do you know any affordable processors or motherboards that would help me and what should i upgrade 1st? Is a I5 good enough or should i even go higher? Is AMD processors better? And i have no idea for motherboards.

Try to get a better cooler for that CPU, running at 75C is not good at all.

Yup, grab a cheap amd triplecore/quad, a cheap am3 mobo and 4Gb ddr3, shouldn't run you a fortune but will hold you a lot better, and cooling as mentioned,
