Which board is better??

which is better for gaming, overclocking..., cpu performance, Better overall?

Well, the asus wins to me since its a full size board, not a micro, and has more expansion slots. So for me, my decision was made immediately after seeing the size.

From the angle you are looking at, I would say both are very similar in performance. The z77 is newer than the z68. While not ideal, you could run a second graphics card on the second x16 slot in the Asus board.

thank you very much will get the z77 now, couldn't choose earlier.
The thing was that I had a new matx case and a old atx case
o well, Z77 does seem abit better.

I have to agree the Asus P8Z77-V LX is the better of the two boards. Now if you were to compare the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 vs. Asus P8Z77-V LX you might have a better better match up.
