I have a new MSI-760GM-E51(FX) mobo with new PNY 8GB (2x4GB) RAM. My system posts, but is keeps crashing. Sometimes I get a BSOD and sometimes it just goes black and reboots. I tested it with memtest86 and I get errors with both sticks in all 4 of my slots. I've tried one in every slots with both sticks, and two in one side and two in the other. I still get errors in memtest86 regardless. However, my system is running fine right now. Could it be the Latency, Timing, and Voltage of my Ram isn't correct? Or is my RAM or Mobo's Dimm faulty?

Generally, if MT86+ reports errors, the problem is with the RAM, especially if you've tested one stick in each DIMM slot, individually. But, for the sake of thorough testing, you should set the RAM specs manually, and then redo the MT86+ run, one stick at a time, and allow the test to pass through at least 4-6 times.
