$1500 Gaming PC... what get?

I'm getting $1500 to spend on a new rig. I need everything.. including monitor and keyboard. The only thing I have right now is a Razer Naga mouse. I want to be able to play all the huge new titles, including BF3, MW3, and Skyrim with hopefully high graphics. I know this isn't a very large budget for starting with nothing but it's all I have at the moment. I have very little knowledge with building a computer but I consider myself a quick learner.
