ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Drivers Help

First of all I want to say that I'm on a different computer.

Ok, I just recently built a computer and I'm going to put the drivers on a thumb drive. But when i go to the Asus website to download them there are 2 different chipset and LAN downloads. I have no idea if it matters which one because one of them is a more recent version.

If somebody could tell me if it matters which one i download that would be a big help

I'm having issues with my Network drivers.. I installed mine that restarted my computer and all that jazz. Nothing at all....

Running Windows 7 64 bit fresh install. I've put on my GPU drivers fine.. But the network drivers just install and don't work. It shows the install going through fine, but after about a minute or two of "Identifying the Network" it goes into a yellow triangle with ! in it to indicate no network access yet connected..
