    Theres no way you need that much grunt to game on a 1440 x 900 screen

    Amd 6870 or even 6850
    Asrock extreme3 (although if you want usb3 in front you will need the extreme4 and a diff case)
  4. a 6770 or a 6850

    nVidia 550 ti

    for graphics card

    I do like your first build btw. I just think you should by a 24 inch 1080p monitor to go with it
  5. That's likely the plan once Christmas rolls around. But I appreciate the feedback from both of you guys. So in this case is it only the graphics card that's unnecessary? I'm a bit new to building comps, so I apologize in advanced for any stupid questions.
