TV Card

Hi there,

My PC gives me problem with regards to USB TV Tuner Card. It says: TVpanel.exe has stop working. I tried re-installing with no luck, What could be the problem?

I am running windows 7 64bit SP1, .net framework 4.0. This used to work before and everything was cool till a had a power failure, then after it worked for 2 days and the problem started.............
