Hello, I have updated my bios, but when the OS did not start I downgraded it to the first Bios from the manufactures site. Now the PC start I get a black screen, no beeps, no start screen, keyboard does not work and the reset button for PC does not work either.I have cleared cmos and it still does the same.

My PC spec:
gigabyte 990xa ud3
AMD FX-6100
kingston hyper 16 giga RAM
Nvidia GTX 670
kingston 120giga ssd

Thank you for your responses

You very likely killed your motheboard. At this point, it may be better to consult Gigabyte tech support for an RMA.

Thank you, I will do that as soon as possible. The motherboard it still in warranty so i hope there will be no problems.

I have managed to get the back up bios to load by following this instructions:

1. Short out pins 1 and 6 on the main BIOS chip (pin #1 should be marked with a red dot or whatever)
2. Tell a friend (or a relative) of yours to press the power on button
3. Remove the ghetto-like jumper you're holding between pins 1 and 6 as soon as you hear a beep.
4. Backup BIOS should kick in again and everything will (hopefully) be fine.

PC is up and running
