KEYSCAPE WIRELESS KEYBOARD

I have a keyscape wireless keyboard. The instructions say to just insert micro usb transmitter(dongie) and that's it. there is a pop up that tells me the usb is unrecognizable. What do i do

Depends on your windows version, but I've had windows 2k pro install the wireless device. I would leave it in and try rebooting. If there's a conflict, it will show up in the device manager. Also try a newer microsoft service pack if needed to get the usb ports working.
