How is my 2500k OC?

I'm switching from an e6600 processor to this 2500k. I used to run the e6600 at 3.2ghz.

Are these good temperatures for a 2500k and safe for 24\7 usage and what kind of lifespan shortening can I expect; I'd like to keep this CPU for 3-4 years if possible.
My computer is used for multitasking and gaming.
Temperatures can go up 5c on a warm normal day or 7-8 during a hot summer day.

CPU : 2500k
Motherboard : Asus P8Z68/Gen3 Deluxe Version
Memory : Corsair Dominator 16GB
CPU Cooler : Corsair H100

*BCLK 100
*Multiplier 45
*CPU Core Voltage 1.3v
*PLL Voltage 1.7v
*Memory 1600Mhz
*Intel Speed Step : On

Looks good. 4.5 GHz with temps in the mid 50's.
  2. Try to 1.28V the cpu.The lower is the voltage, your temp will drop a little. The temp are ok.
  3. 1.3v appears to be my max stable voltage at the moment; anything under would just BSOD.
