Routers for home use

I need a router from my cable modem to one laptop. Only one user for both the laptop and the pc. I have high speed internet service. I will use the laptop primarily for email, and FaceBook and some web surfing. No serious game use at all, only a few very simple online games.

The laptop will be on the second floor directly above the pc downstairs.

On a budget here - too!

Pretty much pick any D-Link, Netgear, or Linksys you find at your local Wal Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc... pick one with wireless (N is better) and you should be good to go.
