That's more power supply than you need unless you want to plan for future SLI. 500w would be plenty (bronze 80plus certified or better PSU) to save you a few bucks.

Looks fine - my own resembles yours. But what HD are you using, and how much RAM?

Hd will be Samsung spinpoint f3 1TB, and RAM will be 8GB.

If you have the budget get a SSD and upgrade to a Z68 mobo, but if not your build looks great!

Check here to see if Z68 offers anything of benefit to you ... so far I haven't had to do a build that would. Quick Sync would be the mostly likely feature that someone might need but I haven't had a request for it yet.
