I would not trust the rocketfish PSU for such a expensive card, it should do it though.

For a system with a single Radeon HD 6950 graphics card a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply with a +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and with at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors is recommended.

The Rocketfish 500-Watt ATX CPU Power Supply Model: RF-500WPS2 has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 36 Amps and has One 6-pin & One 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Assuming that the RF-500WPS2 is able to deliver its labelled continuous DC output it should be sufficient.

I upgraded to the XFX 6870 and the Rocketfish is handling it very well. No problems, with the ASUS Sabertooth FX990 Mobo and AMD Black Edition 6 core 3.3 ghz/3.7gh Turbo CPU. Awesome graphics Battlefield2 and COD. Can't wait for the new games in the fall. See you on the war field, lol.
