Gigabyte mobo. Personal preference, either will suffice.

Antec PSU. Much better than the SeaSonic.

Cooler Master HAF 912 case. Personal preference over Antec 300. Rosewill cases are not as well made.

with all the PCI-e generation 3.0 stuff i will have to say yes it will run the PCI-e generation 3.0 cards but it will run them as they were in 2 PCI-e generation 2.0 slots since no CPU as of right now actually supports it yet and that is how the controller chip which they are using makes it be compatible. So dont buy a motherboard sololy for that reason.
now that is enough for my dislike of the sudo PCI-Express 3.0 stuff and here is i would choose instead of you.
$139.99 - $15.00 instant rebate ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

i only recommend this as i find it easier to work on but it does have a P67 chipset instead of a Z68 chipset as the ASRock motherboard choice of yours did. So personly i would prefer a higher end ASUS board with the Z68 chipset as to me ASUS boards are just easier to install and work with but that is personal prefence.

http://www.asrock.com/microsite/PCIe3/overview.html <---- It's called "Ivy Bridge" in regards to supporting PCI-E 3.0. Something Asus hasn't caught up with yet. Ivy Bridge is due out in April/May. It's an "upgrade path" for anyone who purchases those Asrock gen3 boards.

btw that Asus board you linked isn't meant for dual cards. It runs dual cards @ x4.
