It's compatible, but then you already have a case, PSU and graphics card, so just better to get the rest.

Mem: 2x2GB 1.5V CAS9 1333/1600Mhz $28
DVD: Any 24x DVD writer at about $20
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB $59.99

That should work out fine.

With this one you don't really need to put in the video card.
