Budget HTPC Case- HELP please

So, for over a week now I've been searching EVERYWHERE for a small decent Micro ATX HTPC case for a good price. For me, the cheaper the better but I would sacrifice some money if it makes a big difference. I'm looking at around $50 (with shipping included) maximum... maybe $60 if it really makes a difference. I wouldn't go over $60 though. I'm looking really for anything small and black and that fits a Micro ATX board (and it has to be able to be put down horizontally). The cooling doesn't have to be great. It would be nice to have an included PSU but if not then it's ok. Thanks in advance for any help and/or recommendations that y'all give.
