RAM for Asus P8Z77-V LK need help please.!

Ok so here is my Mother board.
-Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

Now i will post the rest of my settup incase that will help you guys out.
*CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
*Storage: Samsung 830 Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
*Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
*Case: Fractal Design Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case
*Power Supply: SeaSonic 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
*Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90 DVD/CD Writer
*Video Card: EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Now my question is about the ram i want to get. I want to get G.Skill Ares 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600Mhz, thats all i know i've been reading up on this subject but its difficult to understand so im asking if you can explain what "timing ram" i should get what voltage 1.65 or 1.5 i heard that the i5-2500k does NOT like the 1.65v. Wondering what ram i should choose for this asus motherboard powering an i5-3450 NOT overclocking.
