hello I am trying to update my boards bios. I am using a gigabyte ga-a55m-ds2

@BIOS installed when I installed the driver CD

It gives me the option to "Update Bios from file" However I downloaded the latest bios off Gigabytes site and there are 3 files, I am not sure which one to select. There's FLASHSP1 & A55MDS22.f2b & of course autoexec

f2B is the latest bios version for my board

What is the best way to install this I don't want to mess anything up :o

Thx in advance

If you must update BIOS the best way is to use QFlash rather than @bios. Copy the new BIOS file to a USB stick that must be formatted as FAT32. Reboot the system and when the BIOS splash screen comes up, press the End key. That will take you into QFlash. This should show you the BIOS versions on your USB stick. Just navigate to the one you want to install, press return and keep your fingers crossed all goes well.

Recommendation is not to update BIOS unless there is a real need.
