I am running a 750 mhz AMD Athlon processor, 128 Mb RAM, 30 Gb hard drive, Abit KA7 motherboard, 19" Princeton Monitor with a cheap Diamond Speedstar A90 graphics card. I am able to buy an ATI Rage Fury Pro-32 card for about $75. Is this a good choice for a significant upgrade to my graphics system. Thanks for all responses.

If you're on a budget, I'd suggest you get one of the Geforce 2MX based cards.

Please don't buy that card. Had it, sold it, hated it.
It is really slow compared to the MX cards, it has a lot of incompatibilities, and new drivers have not been released for it in over a year.
I'm sure you can find better ways to spend $75.

I have the same computer as you (exept for the KA7) and have an Asus GeForce2 V7100 32mb. You can find it at pricewatch.com for about $120 with s/h. It will work well with your Abit KA7 AGPx4. I play Quake3 at it's maximum grafix settings, at the max resolution and don't get any lag with really good FPS.
