Is My Pre Applyed Thermal Paste Gonna Turn Into Patse?

My question is does the AMD FX stock heatsink's paste gonna melt into thermal paste and does artic silver 5 and crossair H70 work better?

The grey goo on there will melt as you put it and work fine, although As5 and other pastes offer better performance, and if you meant the Corsair H70 aftermarket liquid cooling, then yes the H series are better than standard issue heatsinks
