Motherboard questions.

What's going on, everyone? Hope it's going well for all of you. I have a few questions about motherboard choices. Here's my build so far:

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
CPU: AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case: Silverstone RAVEN 3.0
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)
Power Supply: Corsair 650W ATX12V / EPS12V
(I have purchased everything listed except for the video card.)

Now, I was looking at motherboards. These caught my eye: Asus Crosshair V Formula, and Asus Crosshair IV Formula. My questions include whether these are good boards, what the differences are, pros, cons, and what the difference between AM3 and AM3+ is. Any information (or suggestions) and all of that jazz that you guys' can give me would be more than appreciated. Thank you so much.

AM3+ board is the one you want, you can run either AM3 or AM3+ processors in it, while the AM3 board you are limited to AM3 processors.
