I am looking to upgrade my processor and with that also entails the motherboard and RAM.

I do NOT plan on overclocking.

I currently have:
Thermaltake 1kw PSU
Thermaltake Black Widow V9(mid-tower too small?)
Corsair h50 CPU Cooler
2x1TB Western Digital Caviar Black
SPARKLE GeForce 9800 GT(I want to upgrade)
HP W2207h (only 1680x1050, might upgrade later)
(CPU, MOBO, and RAM unimportant as they are all very outdated)

What I am looking at:
EVGA GeForce GTX 570
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Intel Core i7-2600

Do you think these components would play well together or fit in my mid-tower case? I would just like some feedback. I am also trying to stay under the $1,000.00 budget.

get a 2500K instead of the 2600. while you don't plan to overclock, no reason not to have the ability eventually.

get a 120GB SSD as boot and primary software drive

I have $1000 and the current components I am looking at are ~$950.00, I was just wondering if they would be nice to each other and fit in my case.

Current components I am looking at(link in first post):
EVGA GeForce GTX 570
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Intel Core i7-2600

The only other thing I have to mention is that I did purchase these components.

My ambient GPU temp: 44C
My onload GPU temp: 65-85C
My ambient MOBO temp: 60
My onload MOBO temp: 65-78C
My ambient CPU temp: 55C
My onload CPU temp: 60-78C

The case has 3 fans and the CPU has it's own stock fan. Should I look into a cooling system? I have a Corsair h60 for the CPU, but the mounts only fit a LGA1156 socket.
