Line In to bypass USB Headset?

Just bought this new headset so I can get the full effect of surround sound. Its the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16879459004

When I installed the headset it uses the USB Audio and not my SB XtremeGamer sound card. How can I fix this?
