12v Rail running at 16v?

just noticed my +12v rail is running at over 16v. Here are the readouts from speedfan:
Vcore:1.55
+3.3v=1.12V
+5v=.497v
+12v=16.32v
-12v=4.01v
-5v=4.05
+5v=6.85

PSU issue? & sorry for the double post.

Speed fan is wrong, the -12V and -5V readings give that away. If you are running an evenly slightly modern power supply it doesn't even have a -5 V rail. If you are really concerned about your PSU voltages go get yourself a digital multimeter and check with that, software is just not accurate.

Until you have something bettah, ya might try a different software....OCCT for example.
