well, i'd highly recommend against that power supply. It's extremely cheap, so almost definitely not a good choice. There's a decent chance it would fry everything else. It would probably be best to use an amd card since nvidia cards do sometimes have problems with amd motherboards. They work a fair chunk of the time, but they can be really weird. How much ram is the ddr3?
the dual-core Athlon II is okay, but the biostar board is awful, with an NVidia chipset that dates to 2008.
the Apex case has no included fans, and can take only a single 80mm/90mm fan.
the 9800 GT is 4 generations old.
the power supply is an M-80 (Firework waiting to happen)
There are better ways to spend your money than this obsolete mess.
Whats your budget? We can improve this with a decent budget system.
For about what you're pying here, an A6-3650 would be better and longer lasting.
