Emachines update bios from cf94510j 15a 0028 2006 1213 1629

i have a emachine w3609 will this bios upgrade my present bios its cf94510J .15A.0062 ok present bios are CF94510J.15A.0028.2006.1213.1629 ones for a emachine and other is gateway.. i have look every were.. could really yous the help tanks...

the highest standard supported cpu is
E4700@ 2.6 GHZ , FSB=800 ; multiplier =13x ;@65W 2M cache
e6700 @ 2.93 GZ , FSB=1066 ; multiplier =10x ;@65W 4M cache and does work with the 945G chipsets
what are ur settings on the CPU '' and thanks for ur feed back , does ur mother board reach the FSB 1066?
