Hello again guys, First of thank you for answering my previous post.

I'm making a different post this time concerning my friend. He is trying to get a computer that will run BF3 on decent settings.

Price Range : $700 USD

Purpose: Gaming

Basically I believe i have found a good package deal on new egg that will do just fine but, I would rather ask you guys first and possibly save him extra dollars and still get a decent build.

The bundle is this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.722618
MOBO: ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (Model:p8P67 LE (REV 3.0)). $124.99
Case: Rosewill FUTURE Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Four Fans-2x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan,1x Top 120mm Fan,1x Rear 120mm Fan,Support up to 7 Fans (Model:FUTURE). $69.99

PSU: Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply (Model:BP550 Plus) $64.99
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K (Model:BX80623I52500K) $219.99
RAM: Kingston HyperX X2 Grey Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX (Model:KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX) $34.99
HD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500413AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive (Model:ST3500413AS) $44.99

So basically is this worth the price that he will be paying for it or are there cheaper alternatives or better items while still around the same price range.
Also please suggest a Cooling system for this or the new spec that you guys come up with.
Thank you again guys you been just awesome so far.

Solution
The bundle is pretty good and seriously I would buy that before it goes out of stock or something. It's not everyday that newegg has such great combos especially with the i5-2500k.

there a few problems with it, but overall it's a pretty good choice
1)power supply-antec makes good ones, but it's 550w. So no gtx 560 sli
2)graphics card-not a 560 ti. Still, a regular 560 isn't bad
3)memory-probably should add another 4gb. Ram is so cheap it would still fit in his budget

also, more than 500gb storage would be nice, same for a z68 board, but it won't do you too bad. does he have any preference on amd/intel? cause you could do an amd build for about the same price that would be slightly better in a few ways.

if he likes this, get it. but there could be a slightly better option. However, as a combo deal, you do save $50.

Well i don't think he minds getting a intel or amd processor as he is only going to be specifically playing games to just play them on decent settings mostly. What would be the suggestion on the amd processor?

Drop that board and pick this one up.
Asrock Z68 Gen3 Extreme3 $125

You get SLI and PCI 3.0 plus Z68

I'd get the Rosewill Challenger U3 just to get USB 3.0 from ports and because it's cheaper but still just as good. Or the HAF 912.
Challenger U3 $60

HAF 912 $60

Antec EA650 $70

Just a few bucks more for 100w more.

LOL EDIT: Just noticed it's a combo which is why it's so cheap.
