I mistakenly deleted al my posts

I hit reset discusiions, now they are all gone, how do i get them back?

1. Click on your avatar (picture).

2. Find the link at the bottom of the left hand column that says
"Access to the whole list of his/her messages".

3. Select those threads that you want to still keep track of, and manually place a new flag on them... or I think bumping them would work as well.
