you wont get a good board for this processor so i would suggest buying this asrock m-atx board, it is relatively cheap for a motherboard:
Asrock G41M-VS3
the board supports ddr3 ram so the ram will be cheap also, you can purchase the board for £35/$56.

Hmm...I saw this and I assumed this was a very old post with a new response.

I really don't recommend investing in dead tech, so since you're half way there already I'd look at an LGA 1155 MOBO and CPU.

Even the cheapest LGA 1155 CPU MOBO will run circles around what you've got now.

Since you didn't post a 'use' general use the cheapest will do all of your home and typical productivity work. For video, rendering or gaming yeah I'd look at the Intel i5's with 8GB-16GB of RAM.
