Can I use a AM3 aftermarket CPU fan on a AM3+ Socket MoBo

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a difference, on the following.

I am Buying a AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+. The MoBo Socket Type is also AM3+. The Thing Is I cannot find anywhere on newegg a option for after market AM3+ CPU fan. So will a Normal AM3 Work??

Dont worry mate i will answer your question for you, yes an AM3 CPU cooler will fit any AM3+ socket as the mounting holes are in exactly the same place, so enjoy, oh and please come back and tell us how your 8150 works for you.
